Aviva is joined by Debra Solomon and Jaromil Rojo from Amsterdam and Susanne Seiler from Zurich, Switzerland. Debra describes her work creating foodscapes or food forests, often times built in the poorest areas of a city because that’s often where her organization is given permission to do their work. Aviva asks if wealthy countries should be required to give aid to some of the poorer, struggling countries. Susanne explains that although Switzerland is a wealthy country, the government does not give much financially to poorer countries, so that while the individual people of Switzerland may be generous, the government is not.
